Sberbank prolongs Irkutskenergo’s 52 bln rbl credit line till 2027
MOSCOW, Jan 13 (PRIME) -- Russia’s top bank Sberbank has signed an agreement to prolong a 52 billion ruble credit line issued to power utility Irkutskenergo until October 2027, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The maximum amount of liabilities under the credit line stands at 101.982 billion rubles, including 49.982 billion rubles of interest at a maximum possible interest rate.
The deal accounts for 40% of the book value of Irkutskenergo’s assets as of September 30, 2021.
